How To Return

Follow few simple steps to return your parcel:

1 Start by filling out your order number.

2. Enter your full name.

3. Pack your items in a shipping bag/box and use the address below (If in good condition use the original package arrived). Please ensure all items are in their original packaging.

4. Send your return parcel with your local postal service. Please note that the shipping fee is not covered by Mobile Tech. (We highly recommend using a tracked mail service).

5. We will process your refund within 3-4 days after we receive your parcel.

6. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
